Francesco De Querquis
Francesco - FDQ - is a visionary with the mission to bring exceptional Italian products, direct from the producer, to the USA. A native of Naples, Italy, FDQ developed an entrepreneurial spirit at a young age. He quickly identified the opportunities to launch and grow genuine Italian foods in the USA. With a degree in management engineering, he is focused on solutions and is a trailblazer in the industry. FDQ has an innate drive for innovation and growth, giving his stakeholders a decisive edge over their competition.
We have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak.

Salvatore Russo-Tiesi
Born in Sicily, Sal moved to the US at a young age. He was raised with a strong work ethic and deep roots to his Sicilian heritage. His passion for authentic and natural Italian products motivated him to pursue direct sourcing and brand development. Sal credits his close-knit, but far-flung, family and his education in diplomacy for his knack in developing strong, trusting relationships with producers and customers. At Red Oak Mgmt, Sal heads up this, that and the other thing. Sal speaks fluent English and Italian.

Laurie Narey
As a successful sales manager, Laurie has a proven track record in growing product sales for producers, distributors and retailers. Her degree in Culinary Arts from the illustrious Johnson and Wales University, provides a deep understanding of the food business and how trends shape shopper behavior. She is an exceptional strategist who develops long-term, seasonal and promotional programs that surpass growth goals. Laurie’s in-depth knowledge of independent grocers, national chains, and broadliner distributors provides unique access for brands.

DIRECTOR OF IMPORT & OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
Michelle Lettieri
Michelle was born in Brooklyn, New York and grew up splitting her time between the United States and Italy. Michelle dedicated her education to business and accounting, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Naples Federico II (Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II). She developed an accounting expertise specific to importing, logistics and trade, working in different industries in both Italy and the United States and pursuing certifications throughout her career. Michelle is fluent in English and Italian, and speaks some German as well.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Elizabeth Zukowski
Elizabeth began her career in logistics and operations in the European Union, while also managing sales. After relocating to the US, she quickly became an expert in freight and customs - both domestic and international, as well as over sea and land. Elizabeth further honed her skills, focusing on efficiency and problem solving to deliver superior customer service and foster customer loyalty and growth. She has built strong relationships throughout the supply chain and established herself as a smart, thorough and trustworthy ally.
Elizabeth’s philosophy: Get it done. “No” and “can’t” just mean new ways to learn how to get it done.
